This refinery was constructed
in 1967 but was completely refurbished
in 1995. The refinery is able to meet
all existing and proposed fuels quality
requirement for Europe and the US A past
the millennium. After the refurbishment
in 1995 the refinery operated only for
a short time and was shut to down due
to market condition. The process units
are in excellent condition. Technically
speaking, this is one of the best refineries
around.
